沿岸航法コース (CON) の概要

The details for the two-day coastal navigation course have been finalized. In recent years, navigation has dramatically improved by displaying one’s boat’s position on electronic charts using GPS. However, without understanding the meaning of the various navigational aids, numbers, and symbols displayed on electronic charts, it may be impossible to avoid danger.
Learning coastal navigation and maritime traffic rules using analog paper charts is essential for safe cruising as a fundamental seamanship skill. This CON course will provide hands-on training in basic coastal navigation.

2日間の沿岸航法コースの内容が確定しました。近年、GPSによる自艇位置を電子海図上に表示させて航海することで安全性は飛躍的に向上しました。しかしながら、電子海図に表示される各種の航路標識、数字やシンボルの意味を理解しないと危険を回避できない場合があります。
基本的な航海技術（シーマンシップ）として、アナログの紙の海図を用いた沿岸航法や海上交通ルールを学ぶことで、安全なクルージングを楽しむことができます。このCONコースでは、実習を交えた基本的な沿岸航法を学ぶことができます。
